Unicast Address

Unicast address is the most abundant address type of both IPv4 & IPv6.  In contrast with broadcast which transmit the same data to all destination on the same network segment, unicast address is used for both sending and resceiving data to/from a single source/destination.  It is often said that unicast address has a one to one relationship between sending & receiving hosts.
